Nakazo Ramen Bistro, was established in 2020. Located in Alhambra, California, We strive to serve delicious, quality ramen and Japanese comfort food to our customers using fresh ingredients with a passion and some ethnic twist.

Our Founder and Chef Hideki Nakazawa has spent over two decades in the restaurant industry, mostly Japanese/Sushi, and is now challenging himself in the Ramen business.
